![]() Acceptable Use Policy This acceptable use policy (AUP) is designed for the protection of our customers, and the Internet community from irresponsible or illegal activities. PLEASE READ THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE OPENING OR CONTINUING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH accessmo.net. THE USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY END YOUR USE OF accessmo.net SERVICES AND SOFTWARE, AND REQUEST THE CLOSURE OF YOUR ACCOUNT. USE OF SERVICES Any person attempting to impersonate another person by forging headers or other identifying information is prohibited. The use of anonymous remailers and nicknames does not constitute impersonation. Use of an accessmo.net account for any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Such unlawful purposes may include, but are not limited to: On-line gambling, transmission, posting or downloading of pornography, intentional spreading of computer viruses, unlawful entry into public or private computer systems including accessmo.net's own network infrastructure, or violation of any future or existing municipal, provincial, or federal law. Any activities, whether intentional or not, which adversely affect the ability of other people or systems to use accessmo.net's or the Internet are prohibited. Attempts, whether successful or not, to gain access to any computer system or customer's data without consent are prohibited. USE OF ACCOUNT accessmo.net personal dial-up accounts are for individual use only. Clients may not share passwords or account information with any other individuals except those of his or her immediate family who reside in the same household as the client. The client is responsible for all actions by others using the account. The use of "parking" or "camping" (continuous logon) is prohibited. Clients are disconnected from the service after 21 minutes of inactivity. The use of programs to override the disconnect process or to systematically check email or websites is prohibited. Customers requiring continuous use should contact Customer Service for dedicated access pricing. The client is prohibited from reselling his or her Internet access. Businesses may share passwords and accounts with employees of that business only. EMAIL Sending mass unsolicited email is prohibited. Mass unsolicited email is defined as any email sent to a group of email addresses where the recipients have not specifically requested information or a response. Sending threatening, harassing or obscene email is prohibited. USENET NEWS Excessive cross posting, or posting the same article to several newsgroups, is prohibited. Such articles may be subject to cancellation by accessmo.net administrators without warning or liability. WORLD WIDE WEB (WWW) accessmo.net will investigate complaints regarding inappropriate web page content within it's domain and may, by its sole discretion, terminate the account. accessmo.net reserves the right to remove any web page residing on it's servers at any time and for any reason. accessmo.net will make every attempt to prohibit or prevent any/all unsolicited email /email abuse. Please forward all unsolicited commercial email to accessmobillingdept@accessmo.us for investigation. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE GUIDELINES, accessmo.net MAY INSTITUTE ANY PENALTY IT DEEMS NECESSARY SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, A WRITTEN WARNING OR A CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT WITHOUT REFUND.
